Culinary Arts
Training and skill in the Culinary Arts offers a broad range of opportunities. People with culinary arts skills are employed in restaurants, hotels, institutional settings, delis, and catering companies.
In this program, you will:
- Learn to artfully prepare culinary specialties and skillfully manage these respective operations through a combination of classroom, hands-on labs, and internship experience.
- Prepare for leadership roles in the kitchen — chef and other kitchen supervisory positions.
- Develop the knowledge and techniques used in quantity gourmet food preparation.

- Associate Degree
Baker College’s Culinary Arts program is accredited
by the American Culinary Federation. Successful graduates will be eligible to take their Certified Culinarian Certification examination.
