Muskegon CIM Hot Foods Team Advances to ACF Regional Competition
On March 9, The Culinary Institute of Michigan both hosted and competed in the ACF West Michigan Lakeshore Chapter Student Culinary Competition, with exciting results. The team faced Oakland Community College in a daylong competition that tested both team’s skill under pressure. In the end, the CIM team was awarded Gold Medals in a First Place win. The CIM team will now advance to the ACF Regional Conference Competition in Little Rock, Arkansas, April 28-May 1. Congratulations team and all the best at Regionals!
