CIM to host the ACF Hot Foods Competition in Muskegon
Please join us on Saturday, March 9, 2013 as The Culinary Institute of Michigan hosts the ACF West Michigan Lakeshore Chapter Student Culinary Competition. This is a Hot Foods Competition between The CIM’s very own Hot Foods Team and the Oakland Community College team. The competition begins promptly at 8:00 am. The winner of this event will advance to the Regional ACF Conference Competition in Little Rock, Arkansas, April 28-May 1.
The CIM is extremely honored to be given the opportunity to host this exciting event. We look forward to seeing friends, family, and the community-at-large as the next generation of chefs put their skills to the test.
