CIM Muskegon Takes Home Honors From the 2013 ACF Regional Convention and Competition

The 2013 American Culinary Federation Regional Conference and Competition has just wrapped up in Little Rock, Arkansas and both CIM students and instructors are coming home with wins. The CIM Hot Foods Team coached by Chef Trevor Bethke captured Silver medals. The CIM Knowledge Bowl Team, lead by Chef Beth Folkert took Gold medals and placed 3rd overall. Chef Cory Barrett competed for and won the title of Central Region Pastry Chef of the Year. He will now advance to the National finals in Las Vegas in July.
