Baking and Pastry Arts Instructor
Chef Cathy Tomcala joined Baker College’s Culinary Institute of Michigan as a baking and pastry instructor in 2009. A Baker College graduate, Chef Tomcala was named one of Baker College’s “Most Outstanding Graduates” and knows what it takes to be successful in the Culinary Arts program.
Chef Tomcala earned her Certified Culinarian (CC) credentials from the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and is a member of the organization. Other memberships and awards include:
