Brandi joined Baker College’s Culinary Institute of Michigan as Administrative Assistant in 2009. She brought more than five years of office experience to the position. Her professional experience includes:

  • Accounting Clerk, Meeting Planner, and Office Assistant, Muskegon Area Chamber of
 Commerce, Muskegon, Michigan
  • Work-Study Supervisor, Baker College, Department of Residence Life, Muskegon, Michigan
  • Office Assistant, Alcoa Howmet, Whitehall, Michigan
     
    A graduate of Baker College, Brandi has earned her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Management with a minor in Marketing. Her professional affiliations and certifications include:
  • Secretary of The Culinary Institute of Michigan Advisory Board
  • Member, American Culinary Federation (ACF), West Michigan Lakeshore Chapter MI 122
  • Editor of the CIMple News Newsletter, a monthly publication available to all CIM students
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certified
