The First Step to a Great Career
Baker College’s Culinary Institute of Michigan is more than a cooking school. With two state-of-the-art campuses on either side of the state, we immerse our students in both the art and business of the culinary arts in a curriculum structured to combine personalized instruction and hands-on training with plenty of real-world experience. Our instructors are working professionals in the food service industry, and our current instructor-to-student ration is the lowest of any culinary program in the state.
