Courses Restaurant offers lakeshore-area residents an eclectic fare ranging from favorite comfort foods to lavish culinary entrees. Whenever possible, we support local produce suppliers in addition to growing all our own herbs on location. Our menu is revised once every quarter and features weekly features. Enjoy a cocktail, glass of wine, or beer from our cozy bar. Courses is proud to offer its own C.I.M. label house wine for sale by the bottle or glass.
A dining “tip.”
Because Courses is a teaching restaurant, you are not obligated to tip your server. However, if you wish to do so, all tips are given to a fund that provides resources for our culinary students.
