A new home. A new name.


In just a little more than a decade, we’ve grown to become one of the top culinary programs in the Midwest. And now, we’re growing even more. In September 2009, you’ll find us in the heart of downtown Muskegon in our new home. A unique building, designed to draw the real world into the center of our culinary arts program. With technology so advanced it’s not yet available in today’s commercial kitchens. And along with our state-of-the-art facility comes a new name that reflects the world-class caliber of our curriculum — the Culinary Institute of Michigan.
